How you deal with your life, thoughts and emotions reflects as balance or imbalance within your body organs. Chiananda Yoga works with these profound connections, in particular how emotions such as joy, anger, grief, fear and worry are intricately linked to specific body organs and influence our health and well-being. This exciting philosophy and practice aids physical wellbeing, emotional release, stress reduction and spiritual understanding, enhancing overall health and vitality.
Use this combined wisdom of TCM and yoga to allow you to manage your emotions rather than let your emotion manage you.

In Chiananda Yoga, meditation (Dhyana) and sound healing (Nada Yoga) are integral components of the practice that help deepen your yoga experience. Dhyana, the exercise of deep, contemplative meditation, which helps quieten the mind and create a sense of peace and clarity. Nada Yoga, or the yoga of sound, is the use of sound vibrations, frequencies and the power of music which to help balance the energy centres of the body. By incorporating meditation and sound healing into the practice, it offers a profound pathway to transformation and healing, essential to the Chiananda Yoga.

Chiananda yoga is a dynamic vinyasa yoga practice that is enriched with elements of Nada yoga (Sound Healing) and Dhyana (Meditation) seamlessly integrated with the profound teaching of energy healing of Traditional Chinese medicine. This unique fusion deepens your practices by combining all elements, movement, sound and stillness. Experience transformative well-being and vibrant energy through Chiananda Yoga—a profound journey to holistic health.
